EAP Ethics Committee 2026 Meeting

On March 13, 2026, the annual meeting of the Ethics Committee of the European Association of Psychotherapy was held under the leadership of Enver Cesco and Anano Niauri. Anano Niauri – Co-Chair of the Ethics Committee is also the legal advisor of our Academy. The Committee discussed the latest challenges in the field of psychotherapy. The issue of making amendments to the Code of Ethics was considered. The official position of the Committee on the use of artificial intelligence in the field of psychotherapy was prepared. The principles of ethics for activities in psychotherapy organizations, on which the Committee has been working for several years, were unanimously approved.
