On February 18, 2023, the 11th European Congress of Integrated Psychotherapy presentation event „Dialogue with Europe: A Window of Opportunity in Georgian Psychotherapy“ was held in the Exhibition Hall of the National Library of the Parliament of Georgia. The event discussed the importance of the Congress for modern Georgian psychotherapy, ways of sectoral convergence with European standards, and the role of the professional community in this convergence.

On October 3, an international multidisciplinary congress on child and adult psychotherapy opened in Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The congress is being attended by representatives of the International Academy of Mental Health and Integrated Psychotherapy, Marine Begashvili and Anano Niauri.
Sarajevo also hosts the annual general meeting of the European Association for Integrative Psychotherapy (EAIP), a European-wide accreditation organization, in which Georgian delegates participate with their colleagues.
We are honored to represent the only accredited member of EAIP from Georgia.
For qualified psychotherapy education in Georgia, we will continue to provide information on integrated psychotherapy and international best practices in psychotherapy education.





The delegation of the International Academy of Mental Health and Integrative Psychotherapy participated in the General Meeting (AGM) of the European Association of Integrative Psychotherapy (EAIP). The host country of the 2022 meeting was Romania, the city of Timisoara.
The General Assembly of Members is the EAIP's governing body, attended by representatives of leading integrative psychotherapy organizations from across Europe.
The International Academy of Mental Health and Integrative Psychotherapy from Georgia is represented at the AGM with full accredited member status and voting rights. The meeting discussed the future vision of the development of integrated psychotherapy, governance issues of the European Association of Integrated Psychotherapy, as well as the 2023 international congress, which will be hosted by Georgia for the first time in the history of Georgian psychotherapy.
The supervision course is intended for practicing psychoconsultants and aims to promote their professional skills. The course provides both actual supervision and mastering of a specific methodology for working on the problem.

The cost of the course is 300 GEL per month. The composition of the group is determined by 8 people. Meetings will be held once a week (each meeting - 4.5 hours), 18 hours per month.
On October 10, 2019, an integrated conference was held at the Netherlands Academy of Psychotherapy in Amsterdam.
European Psychotherapy Association General Meeting AGM. At the meeting, the accreditation of the first Georgian organization, Psychocorrection and Psychodiagnostic House "Dendron", was ratified in the international organization. Full Accredited Member status is the highest status awarded by a European wide accreditation body. This involves simultaneously accrediting the organization's training programs and recognizing graduates' compliance with ECIP certification standards.

On October 12-15, 2018, the 9th International Conference on Integrative Psychotherapy was held in Prague under the auspices of the European Association of Psychotherapy EAP and the organization of the European Association of Integrative Psychotherapy EAIP: Roots and Gifts of Integrative Psychotherapy. Maya Begashvili, head of the International Academy of Mental Health and Integrated Psychotherapy, represented the Georgian School of Psychotherapy as an invited guest at the conference.
The conference presented research on the importance of integrated psychotherapy and its therapeutic advantages in relation to other currents taken separately, as well as predictions about the changes in the face of psychotherapy in the next century.
