The delegation of the International Academy of Mental Health and Integrative Psychotherapy participated in the General Meeting (AGM) of the European Association of Integrative Psychotherapy (EAIP). The host country of the 2022 General Assembly was Romania, the city of Timisoara. The General Assembly of Members is the EAIP's governing body, attended by representatives of leading integrative psychotherapy organizations from across Europe. 

The International Academy of Mental Health and Integrative Psychotherapy from Georgia is represented as a fully accredited member with the right to vote. The representatives of the organizations listened to the reports of the president of the association and the heads of the committees. The meeting discussed the future vision of the development of integrated psychotherapy, members' scientific publications and the results of the latest research, as well as the future development strategy of the association's scientific journal. The meeting also discussed the governance issues of the European Association of Integrative Psychotherapy, including the results of committee activities, the organization's membership and reaccreditation standards, and the compliance of membership candidates with the clinical and ethical standards established by the European Association of Integrative Psychotherapy. 

The representatives of Georgia, Maia Begashvili, head of the International Academy of Mental Health and Integrative Psychotherapy, and board member Anano Niauri, presented a report on the 11th International Congress of the European Association for Integrative Psychotherapy in 2023, which will be hosted by Georgia. 

Georgia has won the right to host the 11th International Congress of Integrative Psychotherapy, presented by the International Academy of Integrative Psychotherapy, by the decision of the EAIP Board in 2021. Also, Georgia was announced as the host country of the 2023 General Meeting of Members.
